The Actuarial Science Program at Maryville University is accepting applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the Actuarial Science and Data Science programs. Candidates must have a Masters in Actuarial Science or a closely related area or have earned a designation of the Society of Actuaries, be committed to excellence in teaching, have demonstrated research potential, the ability to work with a team, and the ability to mentor students at the undergraduate and graduate level. The successful candidate must be committed to fostering a welcoming environment for a diverse population of students, faculty, and staff.
Master's in Actuarial Science or a closely related area or earned a designation of the Society of Actuaries.
Evidence of excellent teaching potential in actuarial science at both the undergraduate and graduate levels
