The incumbents will provide secretarial and administrative support in busy Anatomic Pathology service. Duties and responsibilities include but aren't limited to, answering phones and directing all incoming calls to appropriate party; communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications; assisting with the preparation of presentation materials; coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings and conferences and organizing itineraries as needed; preparing and distributing minutes. Will perform general secretarial responsibilities such as filing, copy, faxing, light typing and data entry. Will compile statistical reports by manipulating, analyzing and coordinating data. Will manage and maintain database information, networked files and shared folders as well as extract, manipulate, revise and retrieve data as needed.

Familiarity with CoPath or similar Anatomic Pathology laboratory information system. Familiarity with website layout and upkeep.
55%: Provide general secretarial and administrative support.

Two years of college or completion of secretarial school or equivalent business experience plus a minimum of two to three years related experience.
Bachelor's degree desirable.
Knowledge of Copath, Word, and Excel preferred.
