Support the men’s basketball program and Head Coach by coordinating activities that will advance the mission of the program.
Assist in the organization of campus recruiting weekends.
Assist in the organization and planning of team and recruiting travel.
Prepare and review various reports associated with the men’s basketball budget.
Coordinates all responsibilities for film and video for the men’s basketball program.
Coordinates filming and coverage for games and practices.
Prepares video edits and breakdowns for coaches at the end of practice and games.
Coordinates with the Office of Academic Advising the schedules for student-athletes schedules.
Coordinate with the Athletic Department facilities office on the operational setup and breakdown of practice and workouts.
Assist with the planning and scheduling of practice and workouts.
Oversee the managers and all of their game day and practice responsibilities.
Assist in scheduling for practices, open gym, workouts, and appointments.
Assist with coordinating community service activities for team.
Compliance with all NCAA, A-10 Conference and University rules and regulations.
Attend Fund Raising events upon request to support the program.
Other duties as assigned.
A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience working in athletic administration or coaching environment, preferably in a collegiate environment.
Excellent communication, computer and organizational skills.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and travel with team.
