The Master of Science Program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) at Molloy College is seeking a part-time adjunct professor to teach an evening course once a week in our counseling department starting in September 2019. The CMHC program is a part-time NYS registered graduate program which is academically rigorous and taught in both lecture and experiential format. Requirements include a doctoral degree in counseling or related field and night time availability for teaching the course and office hours. Candidates with a completed master’s degree, graduate teaching experience, and extensive clinical experience in the mental health field will considered. Areas of specialty include group counseling, counseling theories, crisis intervention, and clinical supervision. A strong counselor educator identity and NYS licensure are a plus.
