Description The Library Media Center is seeking qualified individuals to fill two (2)TechHubLead positions.The TechHub Lead works at the Tech Hub and walk around the library providing point of need, tier-one support to library users. These individuals report to the eLearning department.
This is a part-time temporary hourly position, maximum 16 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TYPICAL DUTIES
Charge and discharge library equipment and materials using an integrated library system Assist students with accessing and using college or course-related websites such as Canvas and BC emails Assist students with copying and printing (including wireless printing) Answer general and directional questions Trouble-shoot basic computer problems Assist with opening and closing of the library Perform other related duties as assigned
Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations Ability to learn the library's filing systems and to file/shelve library materials accurately Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, as well as general computer and internet use
