The service aide will provide general information and assistance to students, faculty and staff. The candidate will help students with the registration process and perform various records management activities (e.g., filing and data-entry). The duties and responsibilities may change as the need of the College arises.
The candidate must have a high school diploma or the equivalent, with excellent interpersonal skills and above average clerical and computer skills. The candidate must be well organized, dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and have good judgment. The candidate must work well with little supervision and be available for evening work, when department requires it. The duties and responsibilities may change as the need of the college arises.
