Seeking to fill a full-time, 10-month contract Construction Technology Instructor position to begin August 2020.

Teaching responsibilities include classroom and hands-on instruction in the construction technology and carpentry fields.  Other faculty responsibilities include:
  • Curriculum development
  • Department and college committee assignments
  • Student advising
  • Community service
  • Professional development activities
  • Diploma in construction related field, associates degree preferred
  • 5 years work experience
  • 3-5 years as field supervisor or contractor preferred
  • Optional certifications: 
    • OSHA 30-hour construction certification
    • OSHA 1926 certified outreach trainer
    • BPI energy auditor
    • Certified Green Professional through the National Association of Home Builders
  • Optional professional memberships:
    • ABC
    • AGC
    • Other local Home Builders Association
