The Department of Neurology seeks an Epileptologist with fellowship training to join the Epilepsy Center, Department of Neurology, at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, with appointment as a non-tenure track full-time Assistant or Associate Professor. Must be BC/BE in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology or Epilepsy. Primary responsibilities include routine ambulatory evaluations, evaluations and management of epilepsy patients and teaching of epileptologists and three epilepsy/EEG fellows annually. The program includes an Epilepsy Monitoring Unit for noninvasive and invasive surgical and diagnostic evaluations, a busy critical care continuous EEG monitoring service. Opportunities are available to join or develop clinic and basic science research related to epilepsy and to participate in administrative or educational leadership and in program development.
