NYU Tandon School of Engineering is seeking to hire a Post Doctoral Researcherto join a research project in HCI for health informatics.
The position is in an NSF-funded project on data-intensive healthcare work, involving NYU's engineering, medical and business schools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and a publication record in HCI research, including experiment design and implementation and quantitative analysis methods. Background in health informatics, and/or machine learning is a plus.
The work will involve experimental design, quantitative data analysis, and design, development, and evaluation of user interface interventions.
Qualified Candidates must have a PhD in the field of engineering and/or related experience listed in the posting. Strong background and a publication record in HCI research, including experiment design and implementation and quantitative analysis methods.
