Works closely with business partners, analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate security requirements into the configuration enabling role-based workflow and data security. Will serve as a subject matter expert across HCM Core module, as well as security, advising the project and functional teams on WorkDay best practice.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Workday Security Administration:
Establish, maintain, review, and update security.
Be familiar with the Workday configurable security model.
Troubleshoot security needs in production for WorkDay environments.
Responsible for access controls and controlling access to User Accounts.
Responsible for Identity Management.
Monitor system access.
Understand access termination.
Identify how new functionality will affect security configuration.
Work with implementation partner and business users as required.
Prepare and plan for Workday Feature Releases.
Participate in best practice and strategic development for solutions to improve the security posture and make recommendations to leadership.
Prepare and plan for Workday Feature Releases.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in a technology or data discipline, plus five years relevant technology experience or equivalent combination of education & experience.
Certified in Workday HCM.
Preferred former certifications in additional modules.
Experience with Workday Security Administration for Finance and HCM.
Experience in large scale Workday deployments.
Five years relevant Workday implementation experience.
Proven skills in Office suite, specifically advanced is Excel and Access.
