HS Assistant/Associate Clinical Professor - UCSF, East Bay Surgery Program University of California, San Francisco
The Department of Surgery, University of California, San Francisco, has an opening for a full-time faculty position. Board certified or eligible surgeons with exemplary track records of patient care are required at the start of the appointment. Applicant’s materials must list (pending) qualifications upon submission. Society of Surgical Oncology (SSO) Surgical Oncology fellowship training is required. This position will be based at the UCSF-East Bay Surgery program at Oakland’s Highland Hospital, a member of the Alameda Health System (AHS). A Graduate Medical Education (GME) educational focus is encouraged. The appointment for this position will commence in August 2021 or earlier.
Candidates must have recognized skills in the education of surgery residents, medical students, and fellows, and will be expected to be active participants in the department’s residency training and educational programs.
