A part-time instructor is needed to teach HFS 326 Developmental Perspectives in Medical Language (3 credits) in Spring 2021 semester (1/25/2021-5/9/2021). Course description: Understanding of developmentally supportive approaches to healthcare communication within the context of illness, injury, and hospitalization. Introduction to medical terms related to body systems/disorders, with emphasis on developmentally appropriate medical language and communication in pediatrics. Class meets: : MW 12:45-2:05 p.m.
