Bachelor's degree in business or related field
1+ years of general Human Resource experience focused in benefits processing, leave and/or accommodations
Basic working knowledge of Federal and state leave laws & laws pertaining to individuals with disabilities (Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Washington Law Against Discrimination, and the ADA Amendments Act)
1 year of experience with HR systems, such as, HR database, payroll systems, electronic benefits enrollment and administration systems
Demonstrated high-level attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to meet multiple deadlines
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, including meeting HIPAA standards
Excellent customer service skills; Ability to modify communication style and techniques based on audience
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
