Description of Work:
Responsible for daytime, weekday, and weekend calling on telephone interviewing projects, converting previous respondent refusals, trouble-shooting undetermined problem calls from other interviewers, pre-testing and providing feedback to project staff on new survey instruments, fielding incoming calls to BOSR, and other project related tasks as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
High school diploma plus six (6) months of relevant experience with telephone research, marketing or sales; equivalent experience/education will be considered. Knowledge of telephone dialing outcomes.
Ideal candidate will have familiarity with Sawtooth Software's WinCati program for data collection. Experience with survey research.
Posted Salary: $9.35/hr minimum
