Description of Work:
University Housing is looking for a motivated, caring individual to join our team working daytime hours in a student living environment. Responsible for the cleaning of residential floor and public areas to provide students with a clean, safe, and well maintained environment. Cleaning tasks include, but are not limited to, bathrooms, public lounges, laundry rooms, stairwells, dining rooms, tile floor, carpet. Will be trained to extract carpet and maintain hard surface floors. Will mix cleaning solutions per instructions. Occasionally move furniture or set up chairs and tables for special events. Full time position with eight hour shifts scheduled between the hours of 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday through Sunday.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Eighth grade education or equivalency. Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
Custodial experience preferred.
Posted Salary: $12.25/hr
