The Admissions Support Specialist will provide support to prospective students who express an interest through our digital communication properties (marketing campaigns, request for information forms, etc.) is a sales focused role working with prospective students to move them to applicant status. This position will provide support to prospective students who express interest through our digital communication properties (marketing campaigns, request for information forms, etc.). This position will be responsible for assisting students through the initial stages of the enrollment funnel by answering early questions, assisting with financial aid applications and completing the KCTCS application processes. The position will also respond to chats and phone calls through the Work Ready Kentucky website and hotline.
Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to send
emails, develop communication plans and make case notes.
Handle Inbound and Outbound calling to prospective students.
Handle inbound calls and chats for Work Ready Kentucky hotline.
Coordinate and develop CRM strategies/tactics for prospective students.
Report on departmental key performance indicators.
Associate's degree and two (2) years of experience or equivalent
KY law requires state and national pre-employment background checks as a condition of employment.
Initial review of applicants will begin on April 19, 2021.
