The Facilities Planning Office Operations Manager at UK HealthCare will provide ongoing support for the Office of Facility Planning and Development. Some responsibilities included in this role are coordination of calendars and scheduling of project meetings for all team members, equipment order entry and tracking, preparation of meeting materials and presentations, budget tracking for department and projects, project tracking and status updates and communication, and support for moves and relocations. Knowledge of Microsoft Project, strong attention to detail, great communication skills, and the ability to organize tasks and people in an ever-changing work environment are preferred for this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP is highly preferred.

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of experience managing multiple calendars, making travel arrangements, coordinating projects, and monitoring/reconciling budgets.
