The employee will perform helpdesk related tasks including, but not limited to, resetting users' account access, installing software, maintaining computer hardware, maintaining documentation for asset tracking, and moving computer assets around the campus in a safe and reliable way. This is a part time position working on an as needed basis during our working hours of 8AM -10PM. Average schedule would be more than 10 hours per week but less than 30 hours per week.
* The successful applicant will have experience with customer service. * The successful applicant will have experience with the use and configuration of computing devices (cell phones and personal computers). * The successful applicant will also have strong written and verbal communications skills. * The successful applicant will have reliable transportation to the worksite.
