We're excited to recruit a Business Analyst to join our new initiative Intelligent Optimization within our Digital Informatics and Technology Solutions organization ( DigITs ). Our team's mission is focused on combining human intelligence processing and digital automation to enable Intelligent Optimization.
Partner with clinical and operations departments in the identification of Knowledge Process optimization opportunities leveraging digital interventions and intelligent automation
Enable the optimization life cycle right from understanding as-is models to defining and designing target state automated processes
Research future of work constructs and infuse relevant futuristic ideas that are pertinent to healthcare domain into automated processes
Contribute to business requirements and functional design, support the implementation of automation solutions, and assist in change management
Leverage intelligent automation technologies like Robotic process automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Analytics etc.
Collaborate with IT to design feasible solutions and build and test user stories to support desired automation solutions
Ensure compliance with Infosec, conformance with Enterprise Architecture and alignment with other digital product and platform initiatives at the organizational level
Support communication to ensure proper engagement on key milestones, in scope processes, timelines, technology dependencies, roles/responsibilities throughout the automation project life cyclef
Bring up and resolve project blockers such as issues with business resources, IT and or partner engagement
Collaborate and drive results to align on objectives, drive the automation solution and planning, engage and consult IT during the development phase, and monitor supervised production for assigned workstream and/or initiatives
Support the deployment of automated processes and the underlying digital operating procedures
Collaborate closely with agile teams to translate business requirements and operational metrics between user groups and developers
Engage the appropriate internal and external resources to use practice best practices if intelligent automation to deliver successful solutions
Find opportunities to improve and enhance existing automation solutions on a continuous improvement approach
Guide and partner with change management resources to ensure effective communication, training, and operationalization
Conduct retrospective/lessons learned post deployment on each initiative
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Intelligent Optimization framework, Automation solution assets and knowledge by sharing information, building standards, developing intellectual property, and capturing lessons learned
Our ideal candidate.
3+ years of experience in process automation domain
Extensive experience in business process requirement gathering, analysis and design, functional testing, and business stakeholder engagement
Demonstrated success in Process discovery and Intelligent Automation assessments including business value and business case preparation and success metrics definition
Excellent analytical skill including experience of working with process Discovery and Mining tools such as UiPath, Microsoft, Celonis, etc.
End-to-end experience across the life cycle of Business Process automation projects
Excellent organizational, written & verbal communication, formal documentation and project management/facilitation skills.
Experience of collaborating in professional environments working closely with Business, Process, and Operations teams
Breadth of awareness across Digital technologies like OCR/ICR, AI, Machine Learning/Deep Learning, Analytics, BPM/Workflow, Low-code/No-code platforms and Cloud/Mobile/Web etc. and applied technology skills
Bachelors Degree preferred; experience in lieu of degree are considered
Good to have:
Understanding of business case imperatives and financial acumen
Hands-on with state-of-the-art Process discovery and mining tools
Design and implementation of RPA solutions
Experience in Design Thinking and Journey Mapping
Data analysis, SQL, Business Intelligence and Report development
