Research Fellow - Eck Lab
The Eck lab uses structural, biochemical and biophysical approaches to study protein kinase regulation and other aspects of cellular signal transduction. We use our structural and mechanistic insights to drive development of novel anti-cancer drugs. Systems of current interest in the lab include RAF-family kinases and their control of the RAS/RAF/Map kinase pathway (Park et al., Nature 2019), mutational activation of EGFR in lung cancer (Jia et al., Nature 2016; To et al., Cancer Discov. 2019) and dysregulation of JAK2 in myeloproliferative disorders (McNally et al., ACS Chem Biol. 2019).Located in Boston and the surrounding communities, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute brings together world renowned clinicians, innovative researchers and dedicated pro
