Staff Research Associate I
Under direct supervision with training provided, the Staff Research Associate I (SRA I) will radiolabel antibodies with zirconium-89 and cerium-134 and small molecules with fluorine-18 and iodine-123, 131, 125. For zirconium antibody labeling, the candidate will prepare a suitable precursor for radiolabeling and determine the quality of the precursor by analytical methods or use a photochemical conjugation. The precursors will be radiolabeled with zirconium-89 and purified. The quality of the radiolabeled antibodies will be determined by a series of assays that will be refined by the candidate to the specific antibody labeled. The SRA I will collect and analyze the analytical data. Standard operating procedures (SOPs) will be developed for the repeat labelin
