Posted: 02-Mar-22 Location: Nationwide Salary: Open Internal Number: 2890893 ![]() Project Manager, Operations and Capital Projects R507120 San Francisco The Project Manager, Operations and Capital Projects, provides design and construction project management for the Operations and Capital Projects Division, in support of operational, strategic, and campus planning objectives. The successful candidate coordinates the work within the operational divisions of the college, including Facilities, Operations, Shop Management, and Public Safety. Other areas of coordination include Educational Technology Services (ETS), Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, and Campus Planning, ensuring the highest quality working, teaching, learning, and student residential environment. This position has a primary focus on managing projects supporting the campus unification initiative, which will consolidate the Oakland and San Francisco campuses by December 31, 2022. This is a full-time, benefits eligible, fixed-term position that is expected to end by December 31, 2024. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership and Administration - 30% of time
Project and Construction Management - 70% of time
