Internal Number: 2990383 ![]() Senior Accountant R507176 San Francisco The Senior Accountant supports the financial accounting activities of a growing and rapidly changing college. The college is combining two campuses into one, becoming residential with dining, and recently implemented Workday financial and student modules. In addition, the college is growing its non-degree programs and summer programs, and it has undertaken a multitude of academic initiatives. All of these new activities require the support of a collaborative, creative individual who enjoys working with business partners to solve new financial challenges. The individual will be responsible for complex accounting activities including federal financial aid, fixed assets, project, and plant fund accounting. This position reports to the Director of Accounting. This individual will also partner and work closely with other Business Service Office managers. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Processes, Development and Communication - 30%
Reconciliation and Reporting - 30%
Complex Accounting Functions - 30%
Other Duties As Assigned - 10% MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
