Internal Number: 3050832 ![]() Coordinator of Student Belonging & Inclusion R507208 San Francisco In collaboration with students, colleagues, and the Director for Student Belonging & Inclusion, the Coordinator of Student Belonging & Inclusion will strive to cultivate an inclusive campus experience that facilitates student engagement, social inclusion, intellectual curiosity, and personal exploration. CCA is seeking an individual that can collaborate and educate to serve as the Coordinator. This role is responsible for supporting the mission, values, and goals of the Office for Student Belonging & Inclusion to support an inclusive, vibrant campus experience for all CCA students. We seek an energetic, visible, student-focused individual with strong commitment to supporting our highly-motivated, creative, and talented student body. This individual will model an atmosphere of respect, caring, collective engagement, inclusive excellence, accountability, and personal growth in a rigorous and vibrant student community. Additionally, the candidate will have demonstrated ability to work within a globally and culturally diverse college community. Through the intentional use of student development theory, cultural identity development theory, and leadership theory the Coordinator will work to enhance a growing sense of community, inclusion, and belonging through the creation of activities and programs focused on personal growth. This position will ensure that student belonging and inclusion at the California College of the Arts is designed and nurtured through a lens of equity and inclusion attracting all CCA students' engagement in campus life. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues across campus and within the Division of Student Affairs to ensure that students develop and sustain a strong sense of belonging and inclusion, particularly BIPOC students, women, LGBTQ+ students, First-Generation Students, and other underrepresented populations. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Campus & Community Involvement - 30%

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Please note that in an effort to keep the CCA community safe, the College requires all staff, faculty, and students who are on campus to be fully vaccinated, including to have received a booster shot (if eligible). The job responsibilities of this position will require time regularly spent on campus, and therefore the incumbent will be asked to follow the CCA vaccination requirement, unless an exemption is approved.
