Internal Number: 94588 Stanford University is seeking a Life Science Research Professional 3 (LSRP3) to perform complex functions and activities involved in defined research projects, and independently conduct a major portion of the research project(s). The incumbent will serve as a Senior Research Professional at the Stanford Genome Technology Center (SGTC). The SGTC is one of the largest SoM basic science research labs with 70 staff scientists, grad students, postdocs, visiting scholars and students. The LSRP3 will work closely with the Director, Administrative Manager/Chief of Staff, and Lab Manager of the Center and help ensure that all aspects of the Center's research structure is maintained appropriately. The LSRP3 is an existing position that is integral; this role is essential to research progress of the SGTC. Duties include:
* - Other duties may also be assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED): Bachelor's degree in related scientific field and four years of relevant work experience; or Master's degree in a related scientific field and two years relevant experience; or PhD in related science field.
