Receptionist
This Receptionist is the initial point of contact for our internal staff members and clients who are trying to contact the clinic. The receptionist provides employees and clients with needed information, or contacts the appropriate staff or clinician. The receptionist re-directs all telephone calls coming into the main telephone number, and directs the call as appropriate. The receptionist provides administrative support to the clinical activities on-site, as directed by supervisor. The person in this position is expected to interact pleasantly with a wide variety of personalities and requires flexibility to perform well under shifting demands.
