Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least three (3) years of coaching and recruiting experience required, college experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree.
- A successful record as a head coach at the high school or collegiate level or 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of coaching and teaching techniques and the demonstrated ability to use them effectively.
- Demonstrated high commitment to student athletic academic and athletic success.
- Knowledge and adherence to the MIAC Code of Ethics and follow MIAC and NCAA Division III guidelines and regulation, while exhibiting behavior that represents a positive image of the athletic program and the university.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Sport Specific - playing surface, indoor/outdoor, weather, season.
- Evenings, weekends and travel required.
